REFUNDS:

No refunds unless I cancel your appointment and it’s an inconvenience to where you can’t reschedule.

NO PHONES DURING APPOINTMENT!!!

While I am doing your makeup, please refrain from using your phone! When making a call please use headphones or make sure not to be lookng down at your phone. If you can not follow this rule you will be sent home without your deposit.

GUESTS:

 No guest are allowed at appointment!! I love having one on ones with my clients and Kids can be unpredictable even though we love them.

LATE FEE/PAYMENT:

I do understand that we all are late sometimes but when you set an appointment It’s only fair to try your best to be on time, so after 15 mins it’s a late fee of $15 or your appointment will be canceled due to inconvenience sorry babes

DELUXE APPOINTMENTS:

Before 9am and/ or after 8pm. inbox or email me. This service requires an added $15 fee on the day of your appointment.

MASK/SICKNESS:

Please make sure you are wearing a mask; of course it will be taken off when I provide your service.

FAILURE TO ARRIVE:
If you cancel the same day or you're a no show/ no call you will be charged full amount.
If you cancel prior to the date of your appointment, you will be charged with only the deposit payment.

COURTESY RULES:
•PLEASE leave early to make sure you come on time for your appointment . Arrival before your appointment or after your appointment may affect another client's slot, so please be considerate and aware of this.

• Please arrive with your eyebrows groomed and have any unwanted facial hairs removed. Otherwise an additional $10 brow clean up fee will be applied.

• Please be respectful of my time. A late fee of $15 will be applied after you are 10 minutes late.(Late comers are at risk of appointment cancellation)

 • Please refrain from using your phone while being serviced. I can not work around it & it’ll slow me down. You will be charged a fee for my time if you break this rule 

• Please be sure to book the most appropriate time. All looks take 60-90 minutes. I will not rush. Book accordingly otherwise you may be late to your event.

• You are required to inform me of any makeup related allergies you may have

​

•I am unable to do makeup of ANY kind if you have any of the following: Open wounds/scars, exposed flesh, bruising, stye ,pink eye, severe breakouts or active cold.

Each appointment is separate- one person at a time only.

All makeup equipment will be provided for you by EnhancedBeautyByJira.
